1. What is the Kura Reward Pass?

We created the reward program to thank all our Kura Sushi fans. After signing up, you will be emailed a reward pass, which you can save to your Google or Apple wallets. Simply show your pass to your server during checkout and earn 10 points for every $1 spent. You will receive a $5 coupon when you reach 500 points.

2. How do I sign in to see how many points/coupons I have?

When you have saved your reward pass to your Google or Apple Wallets, your points and coupons will be automatically updated there. You will also receive an email notification whenever you earn new points. Or, you can click here to sign in and view them.

3. When/where can I use my coupons?

You can use a coupon when you spend at least $15 at participating Kura Sushi restaurant locations. We will be introducing the Kura Reward Pass soon across the country. Check back for more updates!

4. How many coupons can I use?

You may use up to two (2) reward coupons per visit. However, these coupons can come from different members.

5. Why haven’t I received my coupon yet?

You will receive a $5 coupon when you earn 500 points. The coupon is sent the next morning after the day you accumulate more than 500 points.

6. Can my friends and I combine points from our individual accounts to reach 500 points and redeem a coupon?

Your points and coupons are exclusive to your account.

7. Do my points and coupons expire?

Yes, coupon expiration date is shown at the coupon passes and in the coupon emails.

8. I forgot to scan my pass, can I still get points?

You can only get points when you show your server your pass during checkout.

9. Can I access my rewards pass using the Kura app?

Our current app lets customers join a waitlist at our many restaurant locations. We will be looking at integrating both functionalities into the app in the future.
